Chapter 2 contains a thoroughreview of pertinent literature related to violenceprevention training and the impact of occupationalviolence. An assessment of 1000 employees concerningtheir attitudes and perceptions toward theeffectiveness of workplace violence preventiontraining was measured, assessed, and compared.Significant differences were found calling for therejection of the three study hypotheses. Chapter 4and 5 describe the study findings andrecommendations.
